1. Update to our Booking & Cancellation Policy
We have had to update our booking and cancellation policy, you will now be asked to enter your card details on booking your appointments. Your card won't be charged for your appointments. Your card will only be charged if you no show or don't cancel or reschedule before the 24 hour cancellation window.
If you don't turn up for your appointments and do not notify us 24 hours before your appointment your card will be charged the full service amount.
we are having to implement this as we are having a high number of no shows which massively impacts a small business, we hope you understand why we have to do this.
2. As of 1st January 2026 some of our prices will be changing, this will show up when your booking and your pre booked appointment will be amended to the new price.
